We keep the fastest-moving parts for all four brands in stock. Anything we don't have, we order from the factory: it usually takes about five working days.
With the model and the serial number, we confirm the exact part number before supplying it.

We confirm the part number, price and lead time
If it's in stock, you can collect it the same day or we'll send it to you. If not, we'll tell you when it's due from the factory.
Collect it or we'll send it
Collection from our premises in Palma, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00, or delivery.
A private customer? We'll help you too. We'll ask what's wrong with the unit, because sometimes the part that seems to be failing isn't the one that's actually failing. And some gas and electrical components should only be replaced by a qualified engineer: we'll tell you if that's the case.
