Technical assistance
Tell us what's happening and we'll call you
Fill in the form with whatever you know: we'll call you the same day or, at the latest, the next working day to arrange the appointment.
What happens next
We receive your request
With whatever you've told us. You don't need to know anything technical.
We call you to arrange the details
The same day or, at the latest, the next working day. We agree a day and time slot with you.
The engineer comes out
In a branded van with the most common genuine spare parts on board. Our engineers carry ID: you can ask to see it before you open the door.
A quote before any repair
If a part needs replacing, we tell you what it costs before we do it.
Where is the rating plate?
The rating plate shows the make, the model and the serial number. It's usually on the side of the unit, underneath or behind the front cover. A photo of that plate saves us half the work, and sometimes lets us bring the part on the first visit.
Before the visit
The unit must be accessible. If it's somewhere that can't be reached without special equipment, such as a roof or a false ceiling, access and the equipment for the repair, such as removing furniture, scaffolding or fall-arrest lines, are at your expense.
Prefer to call?
We answer the phone Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
If the water heater, boiler or heat pump is leaking a lot of water: turn off the main water stopcock in your home and call us on 871 559 176. That stops the leak and saves you from water damage.
If you smell gas: turn off the gas at the shut-off valve and open the windows. Don't touch any switches or plugs, and call us from outside the property.
If the unit is smoking or getting hotter than it should: switch it off, disconnect it from the mains and call us.
