We're Ariston's appointed service centre in Mallorca: we carry out repairs under the manufacturer's warranty and always fit genuine spare parts.

Repairs
We come out, diagnose the problem and give you a quote before we touch anything. Genuine Ariston spare parts, with the most common ones carried in the van.

Annual service, on a plan or as a one-off. With a plan, labour and call-out for breakdowns are included: you only pay for the spare part.

A brand-new unit, just installed: we start it up, adjust it and activate the manufacturer's warranty. It's free, and it's required for the warranty to be activated.

Extended warranty
Your Ariston covered for up to 10 years
If your unit is less than two years old, you can extend the manufacturer's warranty: up to 10 years for a boiler and up to 7 for a heat pump. Labour, call-out and genuine spare parts included, along with the annual service.

Error codes
Is your Ariston showing a code?
Often the problem is what's reaching the unit: the gas, the electricity or the water. See what your code means and what you can check yourself before booking a visit.
The boiler fails to light
Failed ignition attempts (5P1, 5P2) and a safety lockout (501). It may be a gas supply problem.
What to check → Error 108 · 1P4Low heating pressure
The boiler stops because of low pressure in the circuit. The cause may be bleeding the radiators, a leak or the boiler itself losing water.
What to check → Error E1 · E2 · E5Abnormal temperature in the heat pump water heater
The water is heating up too quickly or going over the limit. Most likely cause: limescale.
What to check → Error 937 · 2P7Water isn't circulating through the heat pump
Circulation or pre-circulation error: valves, air or low pressure.
