Not a single day without hot water
We work on gas and electric units, both instantaneous and storage. If the water comes out cold, lukewarm or in fits and starts, or the unit switches itself off, there's a diagnosis for it. Most can be repaired.
In Mallorca, with such hard water, limescale builds up on the heating element and at the bottom of the tank: the water heater heats less efficiently and has less usable capacity. If it isn't worth repairing, we'll tell you and advise you on replacing it.

We call you the same day or, at the latest, the next working day to agree a day and time slot.
The engineer visits and diagnoses the fault
In a branded van with the most common genuine spare parts on board. Our engineers carry ID: you can ask to see it before you open the door.
A quote before any repair
If a part needs replacing, we tell you what it costs before we do it. You decide.
If the water heater, boiler or heat pump is leaking a lot of water: turn off the main water stopcock in your home and call us on 871 559 176. That stops the leak and saves you from water damage.
If you smell gas: turn off the gas at the shut-off valve and open the windows. Don't touch any switches or plugs, and call us from outside the property.
If the unit is smoking or getting hotter than it should: switch it off, disconnect it from the mains and call us.

A year's plan for less than the cost of one visit
The plan includes the annual service, plus labour and call-out for breakdowns. Monthly and annual prices, VAT included.
