It's not a boiler
A lot of heat pumps have been installed in Mallorca in just a few years, and they aren't repaired like a boiler: a heat pump is a refrigeration machine, with electronics and settings you need to know how to adjust. They're what we repair most, every day, as the manufacturer's official service centre.
When it goes wrong, it almost always shows a code on the display. Note it down and take a photo of the rating plate: with that, we often know what to bring before we set off.

When to call us
What usually goes wrong
- No hot water, or it's only lukewarm
- The house won't warm up or cool down
- An error code appears on the display
- It's noisier than before, or it vibrates
- It's using more electricity than usual
- It switches itself off or trips the RCD

Abnormal temperature in the heat pump water heater
The water is heating up too quickly or going over the limit. Most likely cause: limescale.

The system that protects the tank from corrosion isn't working properly, or there isn't enough water.

Circulation or pre-circulation error: valves, air or low pressure.

Communication or outdoor unit fault. First of all, check that it's getting power.

By phone or through the form. With the make, the model and the error code, we come much better prepared.
We confirm your appointment
We call you the same day or, at the latest, the next working day to agree a day and time slot.
The engineer visits and diagnoses the fault
In a branded van with the most common genuine spare parts on board. Our engineers carry ID: you can ask to see it before you open the door.
A quote before any repair
If a part needs replacing, we tell you what it costs before we do it. You decide.
If the water heater, boiler or heat pump is leaking a lot of water: turn off the main water stopcock in your home and call us on 871 559 176. That stops the leak and saves you from water damage.
If you smell gas: turn off the gas at the shut-off valve and open the windows. Don't touch any switches or plugs, and call us from outside the property.
If the unit is smoking or getting hotter than it should: switch it off, disconnect it from the mains and call us.

The unit that benefits most from maintenance
With clean filters and the pressures and settings right, a heat pump delivers maximum performance with minimum consumption. If it's less than two years old, you can extend the warranty up to 7 years. Monthly and annual prices, VAT included.
