The boiler fails to light
Failed ignition attempts (5P1, 5P2) and a safety lockout (501). It may be a gas supply problem.

Flame lift-off: the flue or a gas supply that falls short.
What to check → Error 108 · 1P4Low heating pressure
The boiler stops because of low pressure in the circuit. The cause may be bleeding the radiators, a leak or the boiler itself losing water.
What to check → Error 101 · 104The boiler shuts down due to temperature
Overheating or water not circulating: closed valves, air or low pressure.

It's not a fault: the boiler is reminding you that its service is due.

It's most likely not getting power, although it could also be an internal fault.

By phone or through the form. With the make, the model and the error code, we come much better prepared.
We confirm your appointment
We call you the same day or, at the latest, the next working day to agree a day and time slot.
The engineer visits and diagnoses the fault
In a branded van with the most common genuine spare parts on board. Our engineers carry ID: you can ask to see it before you open the door.
A quote before any repair
If a part needs replacing, we tell you what it costs before we do it. You decide.
If the water heater, boiler or heat pump is leaking a lot of water: turn off the main water stopcock in your home and call us on 871 559 176. That stops the leak and saves you from water damage.
If you smell gas: turn off the gas at the shut-off valve and open the windows. Don't touch any switches or plugs, and call us from outside the property.
If the unit is smoking or getting hotter than it should: switch it off, disconnect it from the mains and call us.
Maintenance
The pre-winter service
A serviced boiler uses less energy, lasts longer and meets regulations. If it's less than two years old, you can extend the warranty up to 10 years. Monthly and annual prices, VAT included.
